RATTLE OF TRUE COMPASSION ❤️ 
This piece was such medicine for me, it took many forms before finding its final expression and taking on the energy of the Heart Flame xx 
She was birthed a couple of moons back but I have been holding her because I wanted to get to know her true voice and essence before passing her on to her forever home.. her medicine is a simple yet powerful one, reminding us that when we chose to operate from a true and authentic space of love & compassion, we are untouchable.. and I'm not talking love and light crap, I'm talking being in such awe of yourself, the world around you, and of others that to witness it all and take it in and allow all that life has to offer, through the high and lows of emotion, still choose to see beauty, to remain with eyes and ears open, to choose you over and over again and make room for others in your heart, be they stranger or friend.. is POWER.. I've shared the concept of Compassion and many think that compassion means that you need to be accommodating even if people are challenging you or triggering you.. to me that's not it.. I think the act of compassion and love in those instances is to love yourself enough to walk away and love the other person enough to allow them to continue on their own journeys... Love is an undercurrent for all emotion, rage, anger, grief, sadness, envy, it's either because we once loved and the love is lost or because we still love and the love is misplaced.. 
These are just my personal musings, and by no means do I have this as a practice which is down pat, it's taken a lot of work for me to even reach this point after lots of hurtful experiences.. but alas if I didn't learn this, challenge myself to experience and receive the full magnitude of self-Compassion, True compassion.. this Ceremonial Rattle may have never been birthed.. ❤️✨🔥
